Do customers need to be vaccinated to shop in-store or pick up a Click & Collect order?
We are excited to reopen our NSW stores from Monday 11th October. To meet government requirements and regulations, we have recently updated our safety measures to make sure your shopping experience is safe and enjoyable.
When arriving at our New South Wales stores
> Check-in via the QR Code with your smartphone. If you don’t have a smartphone, our team will manually collect your details at the door.
> Provide proof of double vaccination to our team members. This can be either a printed or digital COVID-19 Certificate or an immunisation history statement. Alternatively, you can provide us with a medical clearance certificate if you have a medical exemption.
Penalties may apply for making or presenting a fake form of proof of vaccination. We also reserve the right to refuse entry for those who don’t follow government guidelines.
If you are unable to meet our updated health measures, you can still Click & Collect your order or shop online 24/7 for home delivery!
> For Click & Collect orders, as per the Government guidelines, please wait outside the store to collect your order. Our team members will serve you promptly.
We look forward to seeing you in-store.
