Having trouble signing into your account?
- You may not have an online Dr. Martens account set up.
If you receive promotional emails from us, you may only be signed up to our mailing list. This is separate to having an online account with us. Create an account here.
- Try resetting your password.
To reset your password, click 'Login' in the top right-hand corner of the website to bring up the login box. Click 'Forgot your Password?' and enter your email address.
You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password to your account. Haven't received the email? Check your spam and junk inboxes - it may have filtered through there.
